During this time, we have worked hard to absorb rising costs while continuing to deliver the quality and consistency you rely on.

As the sole UK distributor, we feel incredibly fortunate to serve so many wonderful groomers, pet professionals, pet owners, and—most importantly—the furry family members in your care. Your trust and continued support mean a great deal to us, and we never take it for granted.

Like many businesses across our industry, we are now facing significant increases in the cost of production, raw materials, international shipping and falling value of exchange rates. After careful consideration, it has become necessary to make adjustments to ensure we can continue operating sustainably without compromising on quality, sourcing, or service.

Therefore, effective 15 January 2026, several updates will be introduced.

These include a price adjustment on any new stock, the redesign of two products, as well as label updates for selected items. All of these changes are being made to improve clarity, consistency, and long-term availability, while maintaining the same professional standards and product quality you have come to expect. Any stock left over after this date will be sold at the old prices until they have run out

This will be our first price increase in six years.

To help soften the impact of this change, we will be running a final promotion at our current prices, with our usual 25% discount, giving you the opportunity to stock up ahead of the increase. All changes will take effect from 15 January 2026. Any new stock imported from Thailand after this date will be affected by the updated pricing, packaging, and product changes.

We will update prices after this date when new stock arrives. Any remaining stock will stay at the old prices until it has gone.

Yes, the following updates will be introduced:

• Grooming Spray (R10)

The bottle size will change from 135ml to 145ml.

• Coat & Muscle Support (LS1)

The 1kg tub will be transitioning to a new 150g × 7-pack format (total 1,050g).

This change is designed to make daily use easier and to better preserve shelf life.

In addition, individual 150g tubs will still be available, alongside the 1,050g tub.

All products will continue to be available in:

• Liquids: 135ml, 520ml & 3.8L

• Powders & Cream: 7g, 100g, 150g, 1KG & 1.8Kg

Exception: Grooming Spray (R10), which will now be supplied in 145ml bottles.
